The Import Results option is located on the Results menu, and is used to import results into the CastleLotto system from a text file on your PC. Please ensure that you have selected the correct lotto system for the current profile before importing results. Numbers in the imported file will be validated against the number ranges set for the current lotto system.

The results file to be imported must be plain text, and must be in the format described below :
Fields must be separated by commas (,)
Lines must be terminated with a CR LF combination (standard under Windows)
There must be 15 fields on each line and the fields must be in this order :
All of the above fields must exist.
If your lotto system does not use 10 numbers or 3 supplemental numbers, then unused fields must still exist, but they should be left empty.
The Draw Date date field must be in the format MM/DD/YYYY where :
You should be able to create an import file in CSV format using any good spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel. If you are able to get a file containing previous results for your lotto system then you can use Excel to create empty columns for unused fields. Make sure all fields (listed above) exist in the file.
If the import process finds errors with the import data then a list of error results will be written to a file called ImportStatus.txt which will exist in the directory where CastleLotto is installed.
